Department of Automation and Systems Technology

The department has been a part of Aalto University School of Electrical Engineering since January 1, 2011.

The department consists of six research groups: Automation Technology, Autonomous Systems, Control Engineering, Generic Intelligent Machines, Information and Computer Systems in Automation, and Intelligent Robotics. Each research group has a page with more information.

The department also offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Automation and Systems Technology. More information is available in the Studies section.
